In the artist's own words: “Communicating with my near zero knowledge of Spanish, hand signals, smiles and laughter, I connected with this dear old Native American grandma who sells dolls in the main square or Zocolo in Mexico City. A classic example of human kindness and love that radiates from within - crossing all boundaries of language, race and social standing.”
